The preparedness of student nurses for leadership roles is significantly shaped by their educational experience. There is a strong demand for skilled nurses not only in India but globally. To meet the evolving needs of the healthcare system, nurses must be adaptable and willing to advance, and with proper guidance, we can help students enhance their future. Our college is committed to providing exceptional nursing education by incorporating advanced technology that addresses cognitive, emotional, and practical learning aspects. Our dedicated and experienced faculty strives to equip students with the skills necessary for delivering quality nursing care.

I am pleased to share that our students are gaining exposure to the latest research and technological advancements. They enhance their knowledge and skills through participation in seminars, workshops, research projects, health celebrations, and various extracurricular activities.

I take pride in noting that our alumni have successfully secured positions abroad in countries such as the USA, UK, and Gulf regions. Many of our successful graduates have found employment in Central and State Government roles. Moreover, a number of alumni have returned for further studies at our college. Our students are often pursued by various placement agencies and have successfully secured jobs through campus interviews with hospitals. Many graduate and post-graduate students are now faculty members at our institution.
